When should I show up for my appointment?

We kindly ask that you arrive at your exact scheduled time. Doors will remain locked between sessions for the safety of our clients and staff, as we operate on a strictly appointment-based schedule. This ensures you get the best experience without waiting, and we can provide full attention to every client.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment and what do I wear?

You don’t need to bring anything to your appointment. We suggest dressing comfortably and bringing water. While we provide water at our clinic, you may want extra afterward, so it’s always recommended to stay hydrated.

All sales are final. While we don’t offer refunds, we understand emergencies and illness happen—just give us a call to reschedule and use your credit.
